Title: Βοήθεια με το STEAM

Αν θυμάστε είχα το black ops το οποίο έφαγε ban (detailshttp://www.callofduty.gr/index.php?topic=4341.msg84572#msg84572 (http://www.callofduty.gr/index.php?topic=4341.msg84572#msg84572))

Τυχαία το βρήκα χθες,έκανα ticket support για να στείλω το cd key του blackops και επειδή δεν ήξερα πως να το στείλω έκανα ένα image με το ticket support και από δίπλα το cd-key

Αφού το έστειλα,μου απάντησε αυτό:

Hello,

We require the original CD Key with the ticket number hand written next to it.

We will not accept printed off or hand-written versions of CD Keys or images that have been altered with photo editing software- this is not valid proof of purchase. We require the original CD Key that was included with the game at the time of purchase.

Τι ακριβώς πρέπει να κάνω;
