2)Each candidate for captaincy will gather as much documented support as he can and will send it on a given deadline to the Cup Supervisors and the Team Manager. The Cup Supervisors and Team Manager will verify the votes and select the most suitable person.

Αυτό σημαίνει ότι τη τελική απόφαση την παίρνουν οι Supervisor και ο Team Manager. Τώρα μπορεί αυτή τη στιγμή ο Team Manager είναι ο e-teras, αλλά φαντάζομαι ότι αυτό μπορεί να αλλάξει.
