Βοήθεια με το STEAM

Αν θυμάστε είχα το black ops το οποίο έφαγε ban (detailshttp://www.callofduty.gr/index.php?topic=4341.msg84572#msg84572)

Τυχαία το βρήκα χθες,έκανα ticket support για να στείλω το cd key του blackops και επειδή δεν ήξερα πως να το στείλω έκανα ένα image με το ticket support και από δίπλα το cd-key

Αφού το έστειλα,μου απάντησε αυτό:
